Solar Cell Screen Printing Production Line

The complete line screen printing equipment for solar cell is mainly applied in the midstream of the PV industry chain, that is, the cell slice production link, including the core equipment such as Full-automatic Solar Cell Screen Printer and Automatic Loader, and production line supporting equipment such as Infrared Dryer, Automatic Buffer Flipper, Automatic Cooler, Sintering Furnace, Solar Simulator, Tester, Sortor and EL Tester. Through independent R&D and innovation, Maxwell has achieved breakthroughs in six key technologies including high-precision grid line printing positioning, high-capacity dual-head & dual-track technology, and screen angle adjustment technology, and successfully developed two models of screen printing production line for solar cell, i.e. the single-head single-track model, and the dual-head & dual-track model. The Company's latest generation of dual-head & dual-track solar cell production line provides a printing capacity up to 6,800 pcs/h, a fragmentation rate of less than 0.1%, and a printing accuracy up to ±5 microns, which significantly improves the conversion efficiency and the output of solar cells.

Key Technology

New-type image algorithm and high-speed high-precision software control technology

The Company independently developed the 7-camera coordinate system construction algorithm and calibration method as well as the 8-motor synchronous high-speed control scheme and corresponding software, which significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of printing

High-precision grid line printing positioning and secondary printing technology

The groundbreaking method of using 5 cameras to position solar cells with high precision, is adopted to allow that the grid line of secondary printing is accurately positioned on the first grid line and that the printing accuracy is improved

High-capacity dual-head & dual-track technology

The use of dual printing heads and dual transmission tracks reduces the space limitation of the production workshop, and the cost through the sharing of the racks and certain electrical parts, which improves the printing efficiency

Screen angle adjustment technology

The innovative method of using curved guide rails to fix the base is adopted to realize the improvement in the screen angle adjustment accuracy and the gapless transmission, which improves the printing accuracy

Film roll paper transfer technology

Roll paper is used as the conveying carrier to replace aluminum alloy, which allows faster and more stable transmission, more film contact between the conveyor belt and the silicon wafer, lower fragment rate, and higher printing efficiency

The third-generation high-speed constant pressure printing technology

The Company has developed a dual-mode device that combines motor motion characteristics and cylinder pressure characteristics to achieve high-speed scraper lifting and constant pressure printing, which improves printing quality and efficiency and reduces the fragment rate
